Shipping, Local Pick-up, Refund, Returns Information

  • Shipping in Canada is Free! Yipee! 

  • Local pick up is welcome! Pick up at my studio is no problem.  Email to arrange pick up date/time and location. 

  • Shipping services can be impacted by the holiday season & inclement weather. Although I would love to be able to guarantee you an exact delivery date, we are unfortunately both at the mercy of a few factors that are beyond our control. 

  • Most multiple purchases can be bundled into one package. 

  • All sales are final. No refunds or returns

  • Orders ship out in 5-7 business days, or sooner sometimes. (except for art gifts & commissions)

  • If you provide an incorrect mailing address and your package is returned to my studio, we are happy to reship, however it will be your responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost . 

  • If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally.  Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on my end, so I will not be able to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
